What data we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and the CV content you enter (name, work history, education, skills, etc.). If you upload a CV file, we process it to extract your information. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
How we use your data
Your CV data is used solely to provide the service — generating your CV, running AI analysis, and enabling sharing via your public link. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI analysis is processed via Google Gemini API under Google's data handling policies.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. CV files are stored on Cloudflare R2. We use industry-standard security practices and do not store passwords in plain text.
Your rights
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account Settings. You can also request a copy of your data by emailing contact@domycv.ai.
Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Third-party services
We use: Supabase (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Google Gemini (AI analysis), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email). Each is subject to their own privacy policies.
